St John’s Fair – organised in Krakow for the first time to such a scale – is behind us. During the five days, we were witnesses, among others, to unusual staging and spectacles, shows of past craftsmanship and concerts. To add to this, stalls with food, jewellery and costumes from the past, vivid stories of barber surgeons and herbalists, courses in pottery and amber-making, as well as activities for children, riddles and field games. We couldn’t go without the competition for the most beautiful garland, which even attracted... the four-legged this year.
