Notwithstanding the rain, the audience were warmed up before Lenny Kravitz’s concert by the following Polish support acts: Wilki, Vavamuffin and Patrycja Markowska. The exceptional event ended up with a fireworks show. Lenny Kravitz’s concert was part of Krakow’s celebration of Wianki. Traditionally, during the celebration of St. John’s Night in Krakow, there is a contest for the most beautiful plaited garland. Despite the rain, many garlands were entered into the contest and the jury deliberated as to the prizewinners.
